CADocs is an independent document preparation tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI), or the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). These names and acronyms are referenced solely to describe the professional audience CADocs serves.
1. No professional advice
Nothing on the CADocs platform — including templates, sample documents, blog posts, or any other content — constitutes legal, tax, accounting, financial, or professional advice of any kind. CADocs is a document formatting tool only. You must consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.
2. Document accuracy
While we make reasonable efforts to ensure that templates reflect current professional norms and statutory formats, CADocs does not warrant that any document generated through the platform is accurate, complete, legally valid, or compliant with the requirements of ICAI, ICMAI, ICSI, the Income Tax Act 1961, the GST Act, the Companies Act 2013, or any other law or regulation.
